Overview
As a Housekeeper, you’ll be at the heart of our community, creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents. Whether maintaining spotless living spaces, collaborating with the household team, or offering a warm smile, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our residents feel at home with dignity, respect, and safety.
Schedule:
Full-Time - 64 - 80 hours per pay period, Monday - Friday, flexible hours.
- Maintain Clean and Comfortable Living Spaces – Ensure cleanliness in all areas, including resident rooms, common areas, and other support spaces. Coordinate housekeeping tasks with the housekeeping team, support resident move-ins and move-outs.
- Support Safety and Emergency Procedures – Adhere to infection control procedures to maintain a safe and sanitary environment. Respect residents’ time, personal space, and belongings, recognizing your role as a guest in their home. Assist in resident evacuations during emergencies.
- Documentation – Document in accordance with regulations and established policies and procedures.
- Other Duties as Assigned
- Attend in-service training, carry out special projects as identified. The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or environmental services preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
- Proficient in English to ensure effective communication with residents, team members, and family.
- Understanding of safety and infection control procedures.
- Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting, bending, standing, and moving equipment.
- Ability to pass state mandated background check.
