We’re looking for a Warehouse Admin to join our team in Omaha, NE. This role will be responsible for the warehouse receiving, tooling and inventory while also calling in locates and tracking permits.

• Submit, track and manage 811 locates.
• Submit, track and manage permits.
• Receive deliveries and track supplies.
• Calibrate CGI’s and gauges monthly.
• Office supply management and ordering for the Omaha office.
• Service Card creation and tracking.
• Organize and clean‑up the facilities and yard.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1–2 years’ experience in warehousing, administration support required.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification after hire required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Project, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to identify potential problems and elevate these to the appropriate level(s) of management.
