Fulfillment & Inventory Specialist

Compensation: $18-$24/hr based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday

About the Role

Anytime Seltzer is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Fulfillment & Inventory Specialist to support daily warehouse operations. This is a hands‑on role responsible for picking and packing online orders, managing inventory accuracy, receiving shipments, and preparing wholesale orders and pallets.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and takes ownership of keeping warehouse operations efficient and accurate.

• Pick, pack, and ship ecommerce orders accurately and efficiently
• Print labels and manage shipping software (Ship Station)
• Ensure same‑day or next‑day shipping timelines are met
• Maintain packing standards to reduce damage and shipping costs

• Pick cases, prepare, and help load pallets for wholesale shipments
• Wrap, label, and stage pallets for carrier pickup
• Schedule and coordinate LTL/FTL shipments as needed

• Receive inbound shipments and verify counts
• Organize and stock inventory in designated locations
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits
• Identify discrepancies and communicate issues promptly
• Help maintain inventory accuracy

• Maintain clean, organized warehouse space
• Monitor low stock and communicate reorder needs, including product and packaging needs
• Assist with improving workflow efficiency
• Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment properly

• 1–3 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred
• Experience with shipping platforms a plus (Ship Station preferred)
• Comfortable using inventory systems or spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated
• Certified to operate forklift
