Shipping & Receiving Clerk

(Warehouse, Distribution & Manufacturing Clients)

Pay: $18–$23 per hour (based on experience)

This Shipping & Receiving Clerk role supports warehouse and manufacturing operations by coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products move efficiently through the facility. Clerks serve as a key link between warehouse teams, carriers, and internal departments. This role is ideal for organized individuals who are comfortable with paperwork, inventory tracking, and working in fast‑paced environments. Opportunities may be temporary, temp‑to‑hire, or direct hire depending on client needs and performance.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Prepare outbound shipments and coordinate with carriers
• Maintain shipping and receiving documentation
• Update inventory records using computer‑based systems
• Communicate discrepancies or damages to supervisors
• Assist with staging and organizing materials
• Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines

• Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and professionalism
• Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check (client‑specific)
• Reliable transportation
