We’re seeking an Account Support & Logistics Specialist to help keep our sales, inventory, and fulfillment operations running smoothly from order to delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in strong follow-through. You’ll be a key connector between Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and external partners, ensuring products move efficiently and accurately through every stage of the supply chain.
In this role, your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and manage multiple systems will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success.
Candidates who are able to work on-site at our Omaha, Nebraska office are strongly preferred.
What You’ll DoAs an Account Support & Logistics Specialist, you will manage the flow of orders, shipments, and documentation across multiple channels. You’ll play a central role in coordinating inventory, transportation, and communication to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Order Processing & Channel Execution (Primary Focus)- Execute all stages of order processing with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage EDI processing and tracking, including PO acknowledgements, ASNs, UCC labels, and related documentation.
- Review incoming orders and collaborate with Purchasing to confirm inventory availability.
- Coordinate with warehouses to manage order entry, lot selection, shipment preparation, BOL generation, and full truckload (FTL) setup when needed.
- Work within channel portals to communicate and manage incoming shipments according to specific requirements.
- Partner with channel transportation departments to arrange deliveries.
- Track shipments and coordinate with Finance to support accurate invoicing.
- Coordinate international shipments for all brands, including preparation of required shipping and customs documentation.
- Work with freight brokers to secure competitive transportation rates and arrange freight.
- Assist in reconciling OS&D (Over, Short & Damaged) claims when shipment issues occur.
- Review customer/channel chargebacks and assist in disputing them when appropriate.
You will regularly interact with Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and Accounting teams internally, as well as manufacturing vendors, freight brokers, and customer/channel representatives externally.
What You Bring- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in international shipping required.
- Experience in account management preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management processes preferred.
- Experience with SPS Commerce preferred.
- Experience with Epicor preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and systems.
- Professional communication style and a proactive approach to follow-up and execution.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
