What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer on local routes
• Deliver medical products to healthcare facilities
• Unload freight at customer locations
• Complete basic delivery paperwork
• Maintain professionalism with healthcare staff

Driver Requirements

• Valid CDL-A licence
• Minimum 2 years of recent CDL experience
• Must be at least 23 years old
• No DUI/DWI in past 5 years
• No distracted driving violations in past 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years
• No DOT preventable accidents in past 3 years
• No disqualifying felony convictions
• Stable job history (no more than 5 jobs in 5 years / 10 in 10 years)

• Company Driver (W2, Solo)
• Dry Van
• Local
• $1,000 - $1,300 total weekly avg. pay
• $27.00 - $27.00 per hour
• 100 - 300 avg. miles per week
• Dedicated
• Day shift
• 50% Driver Load/Unload

• 5 days on, 2 days off
• Home every weekend

• Medical, Dental and Vision

• Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
• Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
• Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Stacking and sorting delivered cargo.
• Loading and unloading cargo while operating cargo handling equipment.
• Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
• Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

• Orientation is not paid for
• Does not cover accommodation
• Drivers get their own room
• No meals are included
• Does not cover any travel expenses

• Class B license
• 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
