Location:

Omaha, NE. Shift: 3rd Shift, 10:00 pm – 6:00 am, Sunday–Thursday. Pay: $17.00 per hour, paid weekly.

• The sanitation associate keeps the work site clean and free of debris.
• You will learn both sanitation and pallet‑sorting best practices within a warehouse facility while working alone or in teams with minimal supervision.
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner.
• Assigned to specified areas within the work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations.

• Lift and carry a minimum of 25‑75 lbs; materials handled may vary.
• Handle pallets as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards, customer timelines, and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Keep Site Supervisor and Manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments, and concerns; contribute suggestions for improvements.
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs.
• Sit or stand for periods in the office and warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures).
