Swim Instructor​/Lifeguard

We are actively recruiting individuals we can train to become the best Swim Instructors in the industry. Whether you're retired and looking for part-time hours or seeking your first job with potential to grow in one of the fastest-growing swim schools in the country, we have a place for you!

Hours: 5-30 hours per week

Days: Varies; open Monday through Sunday - both am and pm shifts available

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Teach swimming skills according to the Swimtastic curriculum in a fun, positive manner.
• Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts.
• Structure class time to include repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills.
• Maintain proper equipment and organization to ensure timely class start times.
• Provide customers with monthly, individualized feedback during Splash ‘N Tell week.

Position Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous swim instruction experience is preferred but not required. Loving kids and being reliable, with the ability to swim, are essential!
• Willing to certify in CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adults, swimmers, and infants.
• Training in the Swimtastic curriculum will be provided—just bring joy!

Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour (based on experience)
