MuleSoft Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Mule Soft Developer for a Contract opportunity onsite in Omaha, NE or Remote. The ideal candidate will design and implement integration solutions using Mule Soft Anypoint Platform, lead development activities, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable integrations.

Rate Range: $49/hour to $53/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Designing, developing, and implementing Mule Soft integration solutions for enterprise applications and external systems
• Supporting all phases of SDLC including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
• Building and maintaining REST and SOAP APIs using Mule Soft and Java frameworks
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to analyze integration requirements and deliver high‑quality technical solutions
• Troubleshooting integration issues, performing root‑cause analysis, and ensuring smooth production operations
• Ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices in all integration designs
• Documenting integration processes, data flows, technical specifications, and deployment steps for future reference

• 8–10 years of professional software development experience, including 5+ years focused on Mule Soft
• Mule Soft Certified Developer or Architect (required)
• Hands‑on experience with Anypoint Platform, API Design Center, RAML, Data Weave, and Mule Soft connectors
• Strong Java proficiency and experience building & consuming REST/SOAP services
• Understanding of ESB patterns, integration design, and microservices architecture
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Dev Ops, and automated deployment techniques
• Strong problem‑solving skills, communication abilities, and experience working with offshore teams
