We are seeking a Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain applications that meet evolving business and customer needs. This role will contribute to full‑stack development efforts, customizing both in‑house and vendor‑supported software platforms to support high‑quality digital solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop, enhance, and maintain software features for internal and external users.
- Customize commercial or packaged software to meet specific business requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and defect resolution to ensure application quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Agile teams to deliver features on time and to specification.
- Maintain technical documentation for future development and support.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, Java).
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, No
SQL) and software lifecycle practices. - Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure Dev Ops.
- Experience with API development and Dev Ops/CI‑CD pipelines.
- Exposure to insurance or financial services systems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project needs.

The Pay Rate range for this position is $50 - $67 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
