Front-End Engineer

• Design and build software that delivers an excellent user experience.
• Develop new features and user interfaces from wireframes, mockups, and client feedback.
• Support and improve on the existing Vue+Inertia / Vue+API system through bug fixing, performance optimization and other refactoring.
• Contribute to work forming discussions by collaborating with back-end team members and the broader team about API and data payload expectations.

• 4+ years of production experience building, maintaining, and deploying applications.
• 1+ years working in an agile/kanban/lean environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using reactive front-end technologies to solve difficult problems.
• Experience building responsive front-ends that follow current best-practices.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs & Pub-Sub Messaging.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Focus on test-driven development and experience working with CI and CD.

• Our stack is Vue + Tailwind + Inertia + Laravel + Vapor (Serverless). Familiarity with any (or all) of those technologies, or an equivalent tech, are a big plus.
• A passion for front-end tech and a background in design.

Compensation: $95k-$140k DOE. Contract to hire.
