.NET Developer

Omaha, NE / Remote (hybrid)

Client, a leading‑edge software and advisory firm, seeks a Lending Solution Developer to join its Banking Operating Unit. In this role you will partner with offshore teams, product developers, and clients to design and implement credit origination solutions that align with best practices in risk measurement, capital management, and financial reporting.

• Configure lending solutions based on customer business requirements, designs, and best practices.
• Write and debug C# code to develop new features, fix defects, integrate with other systems, and implement business rules.
• Revise, refactor, and improve existing code in the solution framework.
• Write and optimize SQL / Postgres queries; export data to CSV, JSON, or XML.
• Support, implement, and install software applications and components.
• Use source control (e.g., Git Hub) throughout project delivery.
• Develop documentation across the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Provide functional and technical input during implementation, including requirements, design, and configuration.
• Document, track, and analyze testing results.
• Liaise with product, engineering, and delivery teams to research and resolve issues.
• Lead or participate in requirements and design workshops to understand loan origination processes and advise on component design.
• Analyze customer requirements and define how our solutions best meet those needs.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an internationally recognized institution.
• Relevant professional experience in software development, consultancy, or a financial institution.
• Technical proficiency in C#, .NET, API integrations, SQL, and Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Experience with R preferred.
• Prior experience implementing or configuring commercial lending, loan origination, or credit risk assessment software.
• Strong team player and collaborator.
• Background in servicing external customers and building customer relationships.
• Excellent partnership and collaboration skills across stakeholder teams.
• Experience with SaaS, lending origination, or credit risk management software, preferably in a configuration or development role.
