We are seeking a Carpenter with experience in civil and commercial construction. This position involves hands‑on field work supporting a variety of construction activities, including forming, framing, concrete placement, and installation of doors, hardware, and specialty items.

• Build forms for small walls and structures
• Frame walls and build temporary structures
• Install hardware, specialty finishes, and accessories
• Build scaffolding, platforms, railings, and temporary walls
• Read basic plans and perform layout and measurements
• Pour and finish concrete
• Rig materials for lifting and set materials in place
• Provide hand signal instructions to equipment operators
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely
• Follow all OSHA safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 3+ years of experience in construction or a related field
• Ability to understand, follow, and communicate written and verbal instructions
• Ability to give and understand hand signals
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Pre‑Employment Requirements:
Applicants offered employment must successfully complete a drug/alcohol screening and a Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE). This evaluation is required for all incoming construction labor employees and ensures the ability to safely perform the essential functions of the job.

• Climbing and balancing on scaffolding and walkways
• Bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, twisting
• Working in confined or tight spaces
• Reaching, handling, and grasping materials
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Carrying objects weighing 50–100 pounds

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Active construction sites with uneven terrain and moving equipment
