We’re hiring 4 Operating Engineers to support a commercial property in Omaha. This role is ideal for a hands‑on building engineer who can work independently and take ownership of day‑to‑day facility operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Working on chillers, pumps, cooling towers, fan coil units, generators, and related equipment
- Performing preventive maintenance and responding to service calls
- Responding to emergency situations as needed
- Third Grade Stationary Operator’s License (City of Omaha) – required
- 4+ years of commercial building engineering experience
- Strong HVAC and MEP systems knowledge
- Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and navigate a commercial facility environment
