We are growing and seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, clear communication, and completing the job correctly the first time.

As a Residential Service Plumber, you will respond to residential plumbing and drain service calls, diagnose system issues, and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements. The focus is on fully resolving the customer's problem, whether that is a repair, replacement, or repipe, while delivering a professional and trustworthy customer experience.

• Run residential plumbing and drain service calls

• Diagnose plumbing system issues and failures

• Perform repairs, replacements, and repipes as needed

• Educate homeowners on findings and recommended solutions

• Provide clear, honest estimates and explanations

• Document work, photos, and notes accurately in Service Titan

• Communicate effectively with the office and operations team

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment

• Experience as a residential service plumber or drain technician

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Professional, clear communication with homeowners

• Ability to work independently and manage your service calls

• Organized and detail-oriented with documentation

• Service Titan or similar CRM experience preferred

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
