American Rooter Plumbing is a locally owned, family-operated plumbing company serving the Omaha and Council Bluffs metro areas. We are growing and looking for a motivated Residential Plumbing Apprentice who wants to learn the trade, develop real-world skills, and build a long-term career in residential service plumbing.

As a Residential Plumbing Apprentice, you will assist licensed plumbers on service calls, learn to diagnose plumbing system issues, and develop the technical and customer service skills needed to succeed in residential service work.

You will gain experience in troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and professional communication with homeowners, all while working under the guidance of experienced team members.

• Assist with residential plumbing service calls

• Support diagnostics and troubleshooting of plumbing systems

• Help perform repairs, replacements, and installations

• Learn how to properly document work in Service Titan

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

• Follow safety procedures and company standards

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset

• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

• Prior plumbing experience is a plus, but not required
