Shift: Monday-Friday (on Call on weekends)

Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This pivotal role is essential for ensuring our facilities, equipment, and systems operate at optimal efficiency and safety levels. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out routine inspections, repairing various types of machinery and equipment, and addressing any maintenance issues that may arise promptly.

Our ideal candidate should possess a strong aptitude for mechanical and electrical systems, as well as a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving. You will work closely with other team members to create a safe and productive work environment. • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.

• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to respond and be recalled to the property anytime day or night.
