- Work independently while performing preventive maintenance and repairs
- Utilize leading‑edge technology and programs (voice application, Noregon diagnostics, Uptake predictive analytics, TAAS, etc.)
- Work on Pepsi's diverse fleet equipment including automobiles, trucks (light and heavy), vans, and forklifts
- Diagnose vehicle failures and disassemble, repair, and reassemble parts as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and vehicle software systems (work orders, vehicle records, part reconciliation, pre‑trip checklists)
- Adhere to all safety standards and procedures, supporting Pepsi's strong safety culture
- Be part of the team that maintains one of the largest fleets in North America
- Own basic hand tools; diagnostic, ergonomic, and high‑tech equipment will be provided
- Physical capability to lift, bend, reach, climb, and manipulate objects (with or without accommodation)
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass Forklift Driving Skills test (if applicable)
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds (with or without accommodation)
- Experience removing and replacing mounted wheels to torque specs
- Experience working under limited supervision
- Experience using shop tools (engine hoists, welding, tire changing, small tools)
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs and activities (oil changes, documenting work, tracking miles and hours, repairing defects)
- Experience working with computers (i‑pad, desktop, handheld, laptop, diagnostics)
- Experience or training involving hydraulic and air brake systems
