- Tuition Reimbursement
- Paid Time Off and 9 Paid Holidays
- Pay rate $20-$25 per hour
- Pull electrical permits
- Schedule electrical outages
- Schedule underground locates
- Schedule and dispatch Generac leads
- Organize the electrical install schedule for sold jobs
- Order equipment and manage outstanding jobs
- Confirm scheduled installation dates with customers and coordinate subcontractors
- Coordinate jobs with installers and electricians
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on department accomplishments and post job follow ups
- Assist electrical manager with other duties as assigned
- Minimum 1+ years of office experience (preferably in the electrical field)
- A high school diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Must have the ability to speak to customers and employees of the organization.
- Detail oriented and motivated
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
