Responsibilities
  • Pull electrical permits
  • Schedule electrical outages
  • Schedule underground locates
  • Schedule and dispatch Generac leads
  • Organize the electrical install schedule for sold jobs
  • Order equipment and manage outstanding jobs
  • Confirm scheduled installation dates with customers and coordinate subcontractors
  • Coordinate jobs with installers and electricians
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports on department accomplishments and post job follow ups
  • Assist electrical manager with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1+ years of office experience (preferably in the electrical field)
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Must have the ability to speak to customers and employees of the organization.
  • Detail oriented and motivated
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
