Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Pay: Piece work
Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $2,000
Location: On the road (Travel required – 75%)

• Install vinyl and composite siding, windows, and exterior doors.
• Install walk‑in tubs and showers.
• Work closely with project managers and customers, communicating progress and issues.
• Complete jobs efficiently and on time, leaving no unfinished work.
• Keep the job site safe, clean, and organized.

• Experience with multiple types of siding, windows, and exterior doors.
• Knowledge of walk‑in tub and shower installation.
• Strong communication with project managers and customers.
• Organized, dependable, and motivated to complete work on schedule.
• General liability insurance, workers' comp waiver, vehicle insurance.
• Own tools, truck, and trailer to transport materials and haul away debris.

• Consistent flow of pre‑sold, ready‑to‑install work.
• All material ordering, scheduling, and coordination handled for you.
• Ongoing support to grow your business.
• Local warehouse access with steady material shipments (3–5 weeks).
• Referral program available.

• Travel required up to 75% of time.
• Must be equipped to transport materials from warehouse to jobsite.
• Standard schedule:
  Monday to Friday, with flexibility based on location and workload.
