Second Shift Assistant Field Coordinator (Hourly) Omaha, NE

Holder Construction is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Second Shift Assistant Field Coordinator, located in Omaha.

• Second Shift (6 pm to 4 am)
• Super舒服sion of onsite trade work with Watch safety focus
• Coordinate subcontractor work, project schedule, material delivery, and installation
• Maintain ongoing interaction and communication with project management and trade partners
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and address deficiencies in the field
• Support Holder initiatives and collaborate with the project team to achieve project goals

• Must be able to work in an OSHA‑compliant safety environment and outdoors
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends with short notice
• Reliability and punctuality every day
• Ability to handle multiple projects uppand within tight deadlines
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently
• Substance Abuse Testing and Background Screening is a condition of employment
