This is a full‑time position, Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

As our Overnight HVAC Mechanic, you'll be the backbone of facility comfort and safety. Your nights will be spent monitoring systems, performing rounds, and ensuring HVAC systems are running without issues. Some maintenance and repair work will be included as part of your routine duties, as time permits. An ability to keep cool head under pressure to handle emergency situations until back‑up support arrives will be key.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Universal CFC license

A third‑grade engineer license, OSHA 10, experience with boiler and chiller maintenance, and an existing building investigation (BBI) for federal facilities are highly desired.

Must be able to pass a background check.
