• Compensation: Salary between $80k-$100k depending on experience, plus monthly bonus structure!

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate plumbing systems and provide homeowners with a "Good, Better, Best" range of solutions to address both immediate repairs and long-term system health.
• Clearly explain technical issues to customers and demonstrate the value of preventative maintenance and high-efficiency upgrades (e.g., tankless water heaters, water filtration systems).
• Confidently present options and pricing on-site, converting service calls into comprehensive solutions while maintaining high closing ratios.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements or cross-departmental needs (HVAC, Electrical) and refer customers to internal experts to ensure whole-home comfort.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems with precision, ensuring all work meets local codes and exceeds customer expectations.
• Respond to emergency situations, make professional recommendations, and perform required repairs to restore homeowner peace of mind.
• Utilize mobile technology to submit proper documentation, photos, and signed work orders for every job.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Plumbing License (Required).
• Ability to communicate technical jargon in a way that builds trust and guides homeowners toward the best investment for their home.
• Expert ability to troubleshoot drain/plumbing issues; knowledge of video inspection, line locating, and hydro-jetting.
• Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to handle objections and close on-site sales professionally.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize work under sensitive time restraints.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record; strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety hazards.
