The Opportunity:
Home Access Carpenter/Handyman
We're looking for a skilled and hands-on Home Access Carpenter/Handyman to support home modifications that improve safety and accessibility-think ramps, grab bars, stair glides, and more. You'll be on the front lines, making real-life impact with every install.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential remodeling: ramps, railings, doorway widening, stair lifts, grab bars, etc.
• Read plans, ensure code compliance, and manage job timelines
• Plan materials and coordinate installations (with or without subcontractors)
• Maintain tools, supplies, and accurate job documentation
• Uphold safety, HIPAA, and compliance standards

What You Bring:

• Experience in general construction or home remodeling
• Ability to plan jobs, read specs, and organize labor/materials
• Working knowledge of codes, permits, and basic drawings
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, using ladders, and working independently
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Bonus if you hold: OSHA 30, Lead Paint Cert, City Contractor License (Omaha, Bellevue, Council Bluffs)
