Key Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level trim carpentry including installation of baseboards, crown molding, shelving, door hanging, and cabinet hardware
• Execute custom cabinet assembly and installation with precision
• Maintain clean, organized work areas on residential job sites
• Read and interpret construction plans and project specifications
• Work collaboratively with other carpenters, subcontractors, and supervisors
• Adhere to safety standards and company protocols
• Demonstrate professionalism and respect in all client interactions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of trim carpentry or residential remodeling experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Exceptional attention to detail and finishing skills
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record and reliable transportation
• Professional demeanor and ability to work respectfully in occupied homes

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (4x10 schedule)

Work Location

• Onsite in Omaha, NE and surrounding residential areas
