• Pay Range: $30‑$40 per hour with bonuses up to $100k+ per year.

• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems.
• Install power wiring, control wiring, fire alarm wiring and communications wiring in conduit.
• Communicate clearly with customers to inform them of their purchasing options by providing great customer service.
• Adhere to all safety and quality codes.
• Install power distribution equipment including breaker panels, transformers, disconnects, meter sockets, etc.
• Mount and install light fixtures and lighting controls.
• Maintain communication with dispatch.
• Install motor wiring and motor controls.
• Plan, organize and lead crews in the installation of various projects.
• Work closely with Progressive Project Managers to ensure that all projects are completed on schedule and on budget.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with all customers.

• Must have a valid Nebraska Journeyman’s License.
• At least 1 year of electrical experience in Residential Service (commercial and industrial experience a plus).
• OSHA certified preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, manuals and blueprints.
• Working knowledge of construction, electrical work, systems and troubleshooting.
• Must have extraordinary customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to follow direction and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
