Experienced RV Service Technician

Description

As a flat‑rate Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and inspect large RV units with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has RV industry experience and/or 4+ years of experience in a technical field, holds a state inspection license, and can earn up to $30 per hour.

• Work on any RV unit coming into the service department.
• Complete specialty certification and pursue continuing education.
• Perform consistent repairs while maintaining minimum customer satisfaction scores.
• Share knowledge and best practices to help build others.

• Experience in the RV industry and/or mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or maintenance work.
• State inspector license.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical field is a plus.
• Own a set of personal tools.
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs with an assistive device.
• Comfortable working in environments that include heat, cold, dust, and loud noises.
• Flexible with work schedules, including Saturdays (closed on Sundays).
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
