Job Description:
Join the Cleaning Ninjas Team as a Professional Independent Contractor. We believe in treating independent contractors as valued partners, with the training and support you need to deliver outstanding service.

The Role – What You’ll Do

• Provide thorough cleaning services (residential and commercial) using our proven checklists and techniques, delivering spotless results every time.
• Complete each job from start to finish, taking pride in your work and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Communicate openly with clients and teammates to understand needs and address any issues.
• Manage your own schedule and workload as a 1099 contractor.

Who You Are – Skills And Experience

• Independent and Reliable. You’re at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license, reliable insured transportation, and a clean background.
• Professional Communicator. Proficiency in English (speaking/reading) is required for teamwork and client.
• Hardworking & Fit. You can be on your feet all day, enjoy physical work (with occasional light lifting), and take pride in completing each project.
• Detail-Oriented. You operate with high standards and consistency, noticing small details and always looking to improve.
• Coachable & Growth-Minded. You’re eager to learn our Ninja methods – anyone can clean, but no one cleans like a Cleaning Ninja!
• Experienced? If you have prior cleaning supervisory experience, you’ll start at the higher end of our pay scale and accelerate your bonuses.
