Our Technicians play a key role in the success of our business through their ability to support Company operations by performing all tasks at the customers home/work site as determined by the scope of the work order. These duties and necessary functions are to be performed safely, professionally, and in a timely manner to meet and/or exceed our customer expectations while providing excellent overall customer service.

A successful technician must be self-motivated, with effective communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment. Positive attitude, trustworthy, high level personal integrity and honesty are essential. Ability to make a good first impression by being well-groomed, having a pleasant disposition, and the ability to interact with various people in a professional manner, and be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

You should have at least 1 year of irrigation experience as an Irrigation Technician. The ideal candidate will have a full understanding in the use of basic hand tools and equipment and high technical aptitude. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Having 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service related industry is helpful. Must be able to successfully pass all required background checks, including a clean driving record and other pre-employment screening.
