Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Pay: Piece work
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2,000
Work Location: On the road (Travel Required – 75%)

K-Designers is one of the largest home remodeling companies in the nation, and we’re growing fast! We’re looking for qualified Subcontractor Crews to install:

• Vinyl and Composite Siding

• Windows and Exterior Doors

• Walk-In Tubs and Showers (need)

• Experience in multiple types of siding, including Composite and Vinyl

• Skilled in window and exterior door installation

• Knowledge of walk-in tub and shower installation

• Strong communication skills — work closely with project managers and customers

• Ability to complete jobs efficiently and on time — no leaving work unfinished

• Dependable, organized, and motivated

• Experience with multiple exterior product installations

• Excellent communication with project managers and customers

• Strong attention to detail and job completion

• Ability to stay organized and finish work on schedule

• General liability insurance, workers' comp/waiver, vehicle insurance
• have your own tools, truck, and a trailer to transport materials to the jobsite and haul away debris

• Local warehouse access with steady material shipments (3–5 weeks)

CONS:

• Travel is REQUIRED (up to 75%)

• Must be equipped to transport materials from our warehouse to the jobsite

• Monday to Friday

• Some flexibility depending on project location and workload
