We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician to service and repair commercial HVAC package units on cell‑tower sites. The position is regional and requires residency in the Omaha, Nebraska area. Candidates should be self‑directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and eager to grow in the telecom industry.

• Maintain commercial package cooling systems on cell‑tower sites – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Perform additional maintenance or upgrades to out‑of‑season HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call‑out services.
• Complete daily work reports accurately and promptly.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (required).
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems.
• Effective verbal and email communication skills.

• Must reside in the Omaha, Nebraska area.
• Available for after‑hours and weekend call‑outs on occasion.
• Extensive daily travel within an independent work structure.
• Occasional overnight trips (company pays travel costs and provides per diems).
• Regular travel to remote work sites.
• Exposure to ambient temperatures while working outdoors.
• Lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass a Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). rate $30.00 – $38.00 USD (DOE). Compensation is influenced by skill set, experience, and location. Eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation.
