Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Specialist

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, offices, ATM areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.;
Monitor access points and public areas, verify identification and/or authorization when required, and assist with visitor management and delivery protocols per site instructions.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical situations, and/or alarm activations, and request assistance from emergency services when needed.;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and unusual observations in reports and/or logs, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
