Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points, observe for irregular conditions, and communicate issues to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance to staff and visitors and/or contacting emergency services when required by post orders.;
Complete required reports such as patrol logs, incident documentation, and shift notes, and participate in briefings and/or training related to site procedures.
