As a Security Officer - Entry Screening in OMAHA, NE
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a fast‑paced food and beverage location, you will greet employees and visitors, verify credentials, manage entry points, and support badge and visitor logs using a computer or tablet. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and communicate clearly to help identify and reduce security‑related concerns.

• Provide customer service to visitors, associates, and/or contractors by following Allied Universal security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, managing entry and exit points, and maintaining accurate access logs for personnel and vehicle traffic.
• Coordinate with receiving and shipping operations to screen deliveries and pickups, check documentation, and direct drivers to designated areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including reporting, documenting, and escalating per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including gates, parking areas, and perimeter points, while watching for conditions that may require attention and/or reporting.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
