Schrock Innovations is hiring a Sales Manager to build the next stage of growth for our managed IT services division, Schrock Business. This hands‑on leadership role is for someone who can learn the business, build a team, and create a structure to support a scalable, client‑focused MSP.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build and execute a sales team roadmap focused on recurring revenue growth, client relationships, and market expansion
  • Create and manage a full sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive new business, strengthen retention, and expand market presence
  • Help identify, select, and implement a CRM platform
  • Recruit, train, and coach a high‑performing sales team
  • Partner with cross‑functional departments to align on goals and execution
  • Represent Schrock at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings

  • A sales team rooted in accountability, responsible, and collaboration
  • A repeatable sales process with clear goals, KPIs, and reporting
  • Growth in new business without compromising client retention
  • Strong alignment and communication between sales and service delivery

What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in MSP, managed IT services, or Technology services
  • 3+ years of leadership experience with direct reports in a sales environment
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and coach sales talent
  • Comfort in a builder role where you are creating process and managing it
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools, pipeline management, KPIs, and consultative sales
  • Ability to travel within NE & IA markets with a valid and clean driver’s license
