RDS 2026 & Summer Internship – Professional Sales & Marketing

As the Intern, our goal is to provide you with real-world experience in a rapidly dynamic technology company. You will work directly with the organization’s leaders to drive important real-world initiatives in sales, service, support, and project management.

Our organization seeks to develop our next generation of motivated leaders who can help us deliver and execute innovative technology that empowers independent grocery stores and hospitality operators to thrive in their fast-changing industries.

• Ability to work onsite in Lisle, IL, Omaha, NE, Kalamazoo, MI or Plymouth, MN.
• Strong interest in professional sales or with a competitive drive.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to consistently bring enthusiasm and energy.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with other team members.
• Self-motivated, hard-working, and interested in making a difference and an impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment and to adapt while focusing on key goals and objectives.

The starting pay rate for this position is $18 per hour.
