This position is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, with paid relocation provided. TQL is seeking motivated, high-performing individuals for our Fast Track Sales Development Program. We will cover your relocation costs to Cincinnati for training with top brokers. After completing training and building a book of business, we will pay for your relocation to one of our 60+ offices nationwide. Our industry-leading paid training and mentorship program will teach you sales, logistics, and supply chain management.

What you'll do:

• Partner with successful freight brokers for 26 weeks
• Make calls and develop client relationships
• Close sales with new and existing customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Manage shipments and resolve issues promptly
• Communicate proactively and honestly
