We provide complete training through our in-house Sales Program
, where you'll learn:

• How to inspect roofs and identify storm damage
• How to pitch and close confidently
• The insurance claims process
• How to guide homeowners from inspection to installation

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Act as a trusted consultant, guiding homeowners through inspections and insurance claims—never handing them a $20K bill yourself
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections
• Conduct roof inspections and submit lead information
• Attend weekly team meetings and trainings
  
  Close personal deals and company-provided leads

• Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented individuals
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and meeting new people
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
