Sales Manager

Brands Mart U.S.A. is a major appliance retailer in the U.S., with 12 retail locations in Florida and Georgia, complemented by lease-to-own solutions through Brands Mart Leasing.

The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Omaha, NE. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop strategies to meet sales targets, and provide leadership and support to the sales team. Key responsibilities include training and mentoring team members, monitoring performance metrics, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth while maintaining alignment with company values and goals.

• Experience using relevant sales and CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
