John Mulhall came to Omaha in 1953 to landscape, and now, three generations later, we're as committed as we've ever been to making Omaha a more beautiful place to live. A DAY IN THE LIFE
As an Account Manager, you'll report to the Branch Manager in our Greater Omaha Landscape Management Branch. You'll focus on serving our customers in line with our vision to be the most loved commercial landscaping company in the Midwest.
YOUR IMPACT
o Manage Omaha's most beautiful commercial properties - including experiential retail centers, business parks, industrial and data centers, healthcare and education campuses, and HOAs
o Champion an extraordinary level of customer service with a 24-hour response rate and customized communication cadence
o Leverage your experience to sell enhancements at target margins to elevate existing landscapes
o Welcome new customers and ensure a smooth transition to Mulhall's Landscape
o Serve as the customer's primary contact through contract renewal, starting the conversation early and using our standard templates to make the process as seamless as possible
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
o 2+ years of customer service experience
o 2+ years of landscape experience, preferred
o A patient, conscientious, and active listener
o A proactive team player who collaborates with others to anticipate and solve problems
o A focus on repeatable success through well-thought-out systems
