Holiday Bright Lights (HBL) has been supplying holiday lighting products for over a decade. As our company evolves each year, we still have our core beliefs of providing quality holiday lighting products - while we continue to innovate products for the future.
HBL is hiring experienced outbound sales professionals who want to build and own their own book of business. This is a cold-call‑heavy inside sales role where you generate your own opportunities, develop long‑term relationships, and grow recurring accounts over time. There are no handoffs and no shared books. The accounts you build remain yours to manage and expand year after year.
This is not an inbound or order‑taking role. Success is driven by consistent prospecting, follow‑up, and disciplined account ownership.
- Execute daily outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Identify decision‑makers and buying timelines
- Convert first conversations into long‑term customers
- Re‑engage inactive accounts and expand existing relationships
- Build and manage your own portfolio of accounts
- Track activity, follow‑ups, and account plans in the CRM
- 3+ years’ proven outbound or cold‑calling sales experience required
- Comfort spending a large portion of the day on the phone
- Strong communication and follow‑up skills
- Coachable, disciplined, and process‑driven
- Motivated by ownership, autonomy, and income growth
- Experience in the lighting industry a plus
