Job type:
Full‑time

Pay: $70,000 – $150,000+ per year average. Top performers making $200,000+.

Supplemental pay:
Bonus opportunities.

• This is a 1099 commission‑based position. Compensation averages $70,000 – $150,000+ per year.

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect money
• Manage the project from start to finish

As part of our candidate selection process we like our candidates to conduct recorded one‑way video interviews with a set of brief questions that we ask in order to get to know you better as a person and candidate!

• Phone interview with recruiting team
• After phone interview, complete a brief one‑way video interview for the hiring manager to review before meeting with you
• In‑person interview with hiring manager
• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid driver’s license required
• A self‑starting attitude, being a go‑getter
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self‑motivated
• Reliable transportation; you will need to carry a ladder with you. Company trucks may be available for general use during business hours to check out. You must be 21 years or older with a completed motor vehicle record check on file.

• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in, outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50 lbs.
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal‑oriented
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
