Sales Manager

We are seeking a high‑performing Sales Manager to lead and grow a dynamic HVAC Sales Division within a technically driven, team‑oriented environment. This role is ideal for a strategic, self‑motivated leader with strong mechanical or electrical industry experience and a passion for driving revenue growth, customer relationships, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Sales Division Office, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high‑performing technical sales team.
  • Drive territory growth, revenue generation, and market expansion within HVAC and engineered systems markets.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, equipment selections, and cost estimates for customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, and end users.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, design, production, and service teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Monitor job performance, production data, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Provide market intelligence on customer needs, competitive activity, and industry trends.
  • Represent the organization professionally and promote a strong external brand presence.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, electrical systems, engineering, construction, controls, service, or technical sales.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑building skills.
  • Proven ability in B2B sales, account management, and strategic business development.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
