We help commercial property owners restore damaged property quickly so that their businesses, tenants, and stakeholders can get back to business as quickly as possible.

We're seeking an Outside Residential Sales Representative at Johnson Restoration Services to connect with homeowners needing roofing and restoration services. You'll generate leads, assess needs, and close sales, delivering exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates thrive in a results-driven, people-focused role.

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Pay Range: $30,000 - $40,000 base + commission (reps will be expected to earn well over $75k+ in total comp. based on minimum sales targets)

• Lead Generation/Prospecting: Canvas neighborhoods and follow up on leads to find homeowners needing services.
• Consultations: Conduct roof inspections and present solutions to clients.
• Sales Closure: Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow-Up: Maintain contact with clients post-sale to encourage referrals.
• Documentation: Prepare quotes and contracts accurately. Prepare photo reports of inspections and provide to prospects.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years in residential sales, ideally in roofing or home improvement (but we will train the right candidate).
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and persistence in sales.
• License: Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record.

Ability to travel locally, climb & descend ladders for inspections, and lift up to 20 lbs (e.g., sales materials).
