What You’ll Do
● Drive membership sales through engaging conversations and solution-based selling
● Greet members and guests with energy and professionalism
● Build relationships to match prospects with the right membership or service package
● Promote and sell retail products, add-ons, and upgrades
● Convert phone inquiries into in-club visits
● Share special offers, events, and promotions
● Process bookings and payments quickly and accurately
● Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility
● Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals
● Support management with projects and daily operations
● Follow company policies and complete opening/closing procedures
● Attend sales meetings and ongoing training
