Outside Commercial Sales

Johnson Restoration Services is looking for an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to grow our commercial client base. You will sell roofing, restoration, and mitigation services to businesses, leveraging relationships and industry knowledge. We need a driven salesperson who can develop relational sales with a knack for closing deals.

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Pay Range: $40,000 - $60,000 base + commission (reps will be expected to earn well over $100k+ in total comp. based on minimum sales targets)

• Client Prospecting: Identify and pursue commercial leads (e.g., property managers, businesses). Prospecting done through cold-calling, cold-knocking, warm-lead follow ups, and other sources.
• Sales Pitches: Present roofing and restoration solutions tailored to client needs via phone, in-person, and zoom conferences.
• Contract Negotiation: Close deals and negotiate terms with decision-makers.
• Relationship Building: Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
• Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
• Reporting: Track sales progress and report to management.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in construction or restoration.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and networking abilities.
• License: Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record.

Ability to travel locally, stand for presentations, and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs (e.g., sales materials).
