Job Summary
:
As a Business Development Account Executive you will generate new business, build a pipeline of healthcare facility clients, and establish long‑term partnerships. This role focuses on prospecting, sales, and revenue growth — perfect for a motivated professional who enjoys hitting goals and growing accounts from the ground up.

• Prospect, identify, and secure new healthcare facility clients.
• Develop customized proposals and present staffing solutions to decision‑makers.
• Negotiate new contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare systems.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure fulfillment of new client needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account executive roles.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Knowledge of healthcare staffing or workforce solutions strongly preferred.
• Exceptional prospecting, networking, and presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
