Headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, Skyline Med Staff is a family-owned healthcare staffing agency redefining what excellence looks like in travel healthcare.

Through a relationship-driven approach, we partner with hospitals, clinics and home health and hospice agencies to place top nursing and allied professionals where they’re needed most.

This is asales role disguised as recruiting.

• Build and manage a high-volume candidate pipeline
• Own your desk like a business
• Make a LOT of outbound calls (500 a week!)
• Close candidates, overcome objections and move quickly
• Follow up relentlessly
• Track activity and performance metrics
• Be expected to improve every single week
• Failing is not an option — learning, adjusting, and pushing forward is.

We are only interested in candidates who check most of these boxes:

• 1+ year of healthcare staffing recruiting experience OR 1+ year of B2B/high-volume sales experience
• Highly motivated, competitive and self-driven
• Comfortable being held accountable to activity and results
• Strong phone presence — you don’t hide behind email or text
• Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Coachable mindset with a thick skin
• Positive, solution-focused attitude (even when things don’t go your way)
• Team player who still wants to be a top producer

• 1+ year of healthcare recruiting or B2B/high-volume sales experience
• Highly motivated, competitive, and accountable to results
• Confident on the phone and comfortable with consistent outbound activity
• Organized, disciplined, and strong with follow-up
• Coachable, resilient, and solution-focused
• Team-oriented with a top-producer mindset
