Pay Range: 100% commission-based. High performers earn $135k-$190k+ in uncapped commissions.

As a Garage Outside Sales Representative, you will:

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners, (no cold-calling). Every appointment is an opportunity to close.
• Lead structured, high-clarity in-home consultations that uncover needs and build custom solutions.
• Drive decisive conversations that create commitment and deliver real results.
• Do what's right, not what's easy. Bring excellence to every homeowner, every time.
