Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will build and maintain client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties include managing accounts, developing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, and providing effective solutions to customer needs. Collaboration with teams to support client goals and business growth is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications- Strong skills in account management, relationship building, and client communication
- Sales expertise, including strategy development, identifying growth opportunities, and meeting revenue goals
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in electrical construction products or similar industries is a bonus
- Experience as an account manager or experience in the field is preferred
